Returns

Right to Return

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at springfree.balticsteam@outlook.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.

Refunds

Inspection

Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the return criteria.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase, via Paysera, within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for the same item due to a defect or incorrect delivery, please contact us at springfree.balticsteam@outlook.com.

Exchanges are possible only if the item is in stock.

Return Shipping

Returns within Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia must be organized by the customer unless otherwise stated.
For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs.
